The Aviation Pathway offers high school students the opportunity to earn college credit and gain valuable experience in the aviation field through Aviation Systems Technology.

Classes meet 2.5 hours daily, Monday - Friday.

Students can:

Hands-On Aviation Maintenance Training for High School Students

  • Earn credit toward an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation Systems Technology.
  • Complete the first level of FAA certification, AVI 110 General (15 credits) while in high school.
  • Prepare for careers in maintenance, repair, and management.

Aviation Training That Takes You Places!


  • Available locally and nationwide in corporate aviation, maintenance repair and overhaul facilities, and commercial airlines.
  • Starting pay: $22–$35/hr; with experience up to $71/hr.
